Sports Classes

Gymboree Sports is designed to get children engaged in non-competitive interactive games to build strong bodies and minds. Children will learn fundamental sports skills such kicking, throwing, running and swinging techniques as they apply to various sports. With an emphasis on team building and group participation, our sports approach encourages physical activity, poise, self-awareness, discipline, strength and flexibility in young children. This class is fun and very active!

Sports I

3-5 years

For children and grown-ups too! Move, stretch and build an active lifestyle together by learning fitness and sports fundamentals. Activities focus on developing the skills involved in football, basketball, baseball, gymnastics, hockey, racquet sports, track and field, and golf. Each sport is developed over a 4-week timeframe to allow your children ample time to build some basic skills.

Sports II

3-5 years

Kids only! Have fun, get some exercise and learn about team-building through our Sports II class. Activities focus on developing skills involved in football, basketball, baseball, gymnastics, hockey, racquet sports, track and field, and golf. Each sport is developed over a 4-week timeframe to allow your children ample time to build some basic skills.
